[HELP] Does Audio/Graphic Stuttering is on my end or NBA 2K15?

Hey guys! Since launch on Steam I wasn't able to play smoothly on NBA 2K15, I got 60FPS but everytime the ball handler will drive to the basket or inbounds the ball the audio cracks then the graphic stutters too. I already patched my game but still the problem occurs.

I really want to know if this is an issue because of my Processor or the game itself. Thanks guys! Below is my PC specifications.
