Why this game is broken in my humble opinion

Yes, this is a rant, but after 51.7 hrs on record I am YET to see a jump shot foul in this game. I was completely hyped about patch #3 because I was hoping this will be fixed, but it wasn't. Yes, after the patch, the fouls being called increased, but only for plays in the paint. I kept reading these forums, searching for solutions, slider settings, whatever. What I can't seem to understand is why not a lot of people share my frustration with the lack of jumpshot fouls. I play offline, mostly MyGM. I am a huge NBA fan and I played pretty much every NBA 2K game there was. I am not the type of player that finds joy only in driving to the basket and finishing with a lay-up/dunk attempt. I like to make plays for my sharp-shooters and I love drawing contact on my jump shots, to get and1 plays. But this seems impossible in NBA2k15, unless you drive to the basketball and try a lay-up. I pump fake to make the defender jump, sometimes I make him jump all over me, literally, I take the shot, he lands all over my guy, but there is never a call, only a missed shot (because of an obvious uncalled foul). Why is this not a game breaker for most of you guys?! Why is pretty much noone talking about this? Why most people here say the game is perfect, amazing, incredible and only ask for changing shoes and stuff like that? In the NBA, if a defender lands on the shooter even AFTER he takes a jump shot, a foul is called. In NBA2k15 no matter how much contact there is between the defender and the shooter, there is NEVER a foul called. Don't even get me started about the lack of offensive fouls being called either. I play on Superstar, 12 minutes quarters, Simulation with all foul sliders maxed out to 100. I play on PC, I don't know if this is an issue on the consoles too. I tried pretty much all the sliders on this forum, with no success to my problem. Seriously, nobody else noticed this? Or is it just me thinking obvious fouls not getting called is a complete game breaker?

Edit: I know lots of people complained about the lack of fouls, but after patch #3 they all seem pleased with the *fix* 2K made, more fouls being called for lay-ups/dunks in the paint. I am talking specifically about the fouls on jump shots, which are non-existent!

After patch #3 I was able to commit a jump shot foul. Haven't seen many contact jump shots in my games so I can't say if it's too few.
And I ocasinally saw some jump shot fouls before I think.

Weird, do you use any custom sliders or something?

No, this was in MyCareer.

The foul commited by me was unsuccessful block when I basically crashed into the shooter (on Pro diff).
Other fouls (not commited by me) were on All- or Superstar.
Game speed 55.

Oh, I see now. I did get a few jump shot fouls on My Career too, but never in My GM/MyLeague modes.
