Player of the Game Highlights Only Scoring

I just witnessed a playoff game in which the PG was the PotG. He was the 4th leading scorer for the team with only 13 points. He had 13 assists. But the highlight reel showed only one of his passes, and the one shown was just the pass with no view of what happened after it: was that pass an assist? Who knows.

If a guy is PotG because he had a lot of assists, showing the baskets he made doesn't really highlight his performance.

I've seen this before. Wilt had 9 points and 25 rebounds one game. The highlight reel was him scoring. Only one clip showed him rebounding.

That was my point. The PotG was a guy who scored only 13 points. He was PotG because of his assists. But all the highlights were of his baskets. There wasn't a single highlight of an assist. Since he was PotG because of assists, the highlights should have been of his assists.
