I really hope some can export body models, and tight jersey models or structures of 2k15 and can possibly import to 2k14 so we, those still sticking on 2k14 can feel next gen mode.

if modders are kind enough and to export them for 2k14 gamers. If there's a will it will be possible.

It has less to do with will and kindness, and more to do with the ability to actually access and successfully export that data (let alone in a format that can be imported into NBA 2K14).

That's not to say people in the community won't try, but right now, as bigh0rt said, it's looking improbable.
