Can I make a specific nationality draft class?

I run a myleague set around European teams, and it's unrealistic that mostly American players get drafted. Can I make it so in any way that I increase the percentage of European players through game files?

You can make your own draft classes via roster editor.
You can just change nationalities, but if you use custom sliders for draft quality, then you might wish to adjust their stats accordingly.
