Help 2k15 slow FPS!!

Hi guys I'm new here..
Can someone help me about slow performance of NBA 2K15 in my laptop.
Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU @2.20ghz
Memory: 4GB
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Model: Acer 4755g

I've already done all the steps necessary like adjusting the power option adding the game to NVIDIA Control Panel.
When I set the setting to High except the crowd. with anti-aliasing quality 2 and anti-aliasing level 2 it has a very low fps.

What are the specs of your video card?

Video Card: NVIDIA Ge Force GT 540M Optimus
is it the problem?

Yes. Running the game on maximum settings with a playable framerate requires a better video card than that.

And more RAM, a better CPU, and probably a new motherboard. Basically, you'd probably need a brand new PC.
