2k15 MyCareer (my player) offline change dunk package?

I play this at work 99.999999% on my laptop, I don't have an internet connection at work. Sooooo, I've started a My Player, and cheated with cheat engine to give my self some extra skill points, but I don't see how I can change my dunk package. I'm assuming it's because of it being offline? Or do I just have to progress further into the MY Career?

I could care less about headbands, ect. But not being able to do flashy dunks, sucks... wasted $60 bucks I think.

What features are missing from the offline mode? Headbands/Socks/Shoes/Tats? I wish i could find a guide somewhere that would show the differences. Not that it matters, I don't have time to play at home anyway.

The dunk packages are located at the "Animation" part of MyCareer. I overlooked it myself at first but it is there!

I can't confirm what's missing from the offline-mode, since my connection to the 2K servers is so unstable I haven't yet started an online MyCareer mode. I suspect that accessories and the like aren't available in offline mode.

Well obviously it's missing MyPark.
Plus anything from MyPlayer store is missing, which means you can't buy any cosmetic equipment and clothes for cutscenes.

I never played any of the previous releases Online, so I guess I don't know what i'm missing on MyPark.

I have 2010 -> 15 on my steam account, and I attempted 11/12 online on PC, but nobody was on, and games were insanely laggy, so I never really tried again. Plus the few games I got with little lag were just cheese. in 12 it was the spin dunk, over and over and over.

Park is streetball. 2v2 or 3v3 on street rules - first to 15 (at least up by two).
There's also Jordan Rec Center - 5v5 NBA rules.

You can unlock park specific clothing etc by playing there.
