I find Sanders rating to be too high. He did nothing last season.

Last year, he apparently had 2.5 blocks per 36 minutes, so it makes sense.

That might be a good number but he only played 23 games last season.

I don't see how that's relevant.

He's got a point. Other injured players took a hit... Rose & Kobe.

But, with Blocking.. defense comes back quicker than offense. He didn't suffer with any knee/ankle injuries, so he should still be mobile enough to affect shots.
At least, that's the thought process.

Huh? Why should games played be irrelevant then? He played few games last season so his stats might be kind of inflated.

It's weird I'm questioning one stat but in 2k there are players rated high despite them playing limited games in a season like Billups, Granger, Turkoglu.

True, it's not like his arms shrank or he forgot how to jump really high

It's a smaller sample size, but just as you don't want to boost a player based on only a few games, you don't want to decrease their ratings too much just because they had an injury plagued season, or a cold stretch. Sanders' blocking numbers have been good throughout his career so far, it's definitely one of his strengths.
