The new lighting system looks good, very realistic imo.

Hard to show off the entire arena in a close up.

Yeah i understand that, but they should be showing body types, faces, new graphics, etc... My mind is pretty much already settled that this wont be a day one purchase for me being that the price tag is too high for the content. But, back to the subject, really need to start showing more info to get attention, cause they have all but lost me now.

They have been showing that stuff:

And we got a ton of info on the game in our interview with Executive Producer Sean O'Brien:

More preview media and developer blogs are on their way, too.

Ah crap, you can see in that image that horrible hunched stance with the arms down is still in there. Andrew when you get a chance to talk to the guy Sean mentioned he'd get you, can you please make him aware of this?

Cheers.

Probably too late to do anything about it, but we can bring it up.

I realize that, but they either are unaware or seem to think it's appropriate in most situations. The only context that stance is appropriate is when you're defending the ball handler imo, and if they're made aware then hopefully they'll fix it once and for all in future iterations.

Absolutely. I'll make a note of it.

Watching a few nba clips it appears that, on defense, players do slightly lower their stance guarding their man, and more so when it's the ball handler:

Something about the stance is strange though, I know people have been complaining about this for years.

Segueing back to the Live 15 image - The live 14 image above has pretty nice lighting imo so I'm quite impressed they've been able to make a considerable improvement in that area, major props.

The screenshot is also a jump ball situation, so players should be bent over getting ready to go for the ball

the part thats a bit off is the offensive player to your left in the live 14 screen shot. you really wont see too many guys just standing flat footed like that when they are on the perimeter not far from the ball handler. they have to stay ready at all times. So that looks kind of odd. the defenders are spot on for how you should be standing while on defense. slightly lower ready to bend those knees and spread out shoulder with apart and get into a defensive stance. standing straight up will get you blown by in the nba. shoot you will get blown by at the park on saturday standing straight up.

It would seem to be the case. They already leaked the Blazers' new design in a previous screenshot.

those stadiums and courts are tight!... as always... its the gameplay, animations, and body mods that they always fail.
