Updated the list, now that all 15 Eastern Conference Teams have been revealed.
#3 through #8 is a tough call, as it depends on a couple of the teams playing up to their potential, staying healthy, and whatnot.

As high as 3 and as low as 5. Their bench is deep, players are developing and a team on the rise, same could be said for Wizards and the Hornets though, not sure about the Hawks as they always seem to be in the middle of the pack every season.

Oh, I don't know about that...but I do think you can Believe in The Brow.

Surprised to see the Rockets at eighth, but then I guess they did lose Chandler to the Mavericks. As with the East, those last few teams in the Top 8 are kind of a toss-up.
