I wouldn't bother trying to change the sliders. The game is pretty much broken. I think every user should adjust their sliders to what they see on their games. In 2k14 you'll never see Lebron go off and score 40. 2K14 CPU cheeses you, players are not smart,
1- they beat you by making every shot when your cpu defenders decide to sag off instead of playing the passing lanes, just because of yes
2- SG are the ones that scare you, because they shoot. You won't see Griffin go for 30, but Redick can drain you 40.
3- The CPU is going to keep trying to get into the paint, till the point they get a foul or they make a basket, you can't keep them on the perimeter by playing on ball defense.

But if you want advice:

1- Lower the blocking foul, even 2k fouls are just straight stupid, when it comes to animations..
2- Increase the contact shot succes, that lower every contact shot layup will be missed.

Blocking Foul - 75/80
Reaching Foul - 60/82

Also something that I discovered when I was fixing the block success is that if you lower the blocking attribute of your players (I tried -15), combined with this sliders, you'll get realistic results.

I played a game using the sliders and your roster and came up with this: (I changed the playing time to 12 minutes and reduced the difficulty to All-Star)

The reason why the score was a bit high because I played a very high tempo. Its because whenever I try a slow pace for realism, P.J Tucker will land a wide open shot which is frustrating so I would run the court out of rage and land a DeAndre Jordan alley-oop for retaliation.

For some reason, mid-range shots were impossible to make. I resulted to use plainly just drives, close rang shots and 3PT shots for majority of the game. Although for another strange reason, doing drives were also near impossible as it would always result into heavy contact and a miss.

Side observation: I don't seem to know why Portland played Aminu for 40 freakin minutes when I only assigned him 29 minutes in the rotation.

If you have more time, can you tell me if the shots you took in mid-range also wasn't falling like they should? Also, are those open shots? I guess I can higher the contact shot success a little bit.

I'm thinking the Aminu issue isnt my fault?

Oh yes, sorry for the late reply but based on the other games I've played, mid-range shots are slightly more difficult to make despite being open. And the Aminu issue didn't happen again for the next games I've played.
