Does anyone know the .iff to edit the NBA2k14 on the title screen? I know someone here did it to put March Madness 14, but that file is not in the title screen .iff. I would like it so I can make a March Madness 2k15 title screen.

Take a look at the front end .iff files in the MM2K14 release. Browse with 3DM. Wish I remembered off-hand. I'll take a look tomorrow when I fire up my laptop.

I have a problem, a lot of the players in the mod has cyberfaces of nba players like, MKG, Lance Stephenson, etc. Anyone knows how to fix it?

That's how the mod is. 500+ custom cyberfaces is not in the realm of possibilities. Hope you enjoy it.

I'm running into this as well. There are only so many cyberfaces, so I try to only assign a minimum of duplicates to players in the MM2k15 roster, but sometimes its unavoidable. Honestly, I use Arizona all the time, and I made all their cyber faces so as long as other teams players have the right skin tone and look close to the player it does not bug me at all.

So far 11 teams completely finished and ready, about 25 are partial, and about 5 I haven't started. Starting to come together, slowly, but surely.

After editing this roster I have a new found appreciation for your work

This would be good, but is there a way to view the faces other than just using the 3DM tool? (Other than assigning them to slots and viewing them individually in the game) You can send me these, it never hurts to have more generic cyber faces. It will make it even more realistic.

2Kx Mod Tool maybe or Blender?
What I used to do was have a dummy player with a dummy cfid and I'd just assign a face the dummy id and check auickly in-game (set portrait id to 0 and you can see it right in the edit player screen without selecting the player). Remember with a project this size, a lot of times you jeed to be content with "good enough" and not get hung up on things. If a player has the right skin tone and hair I'd usually pull the trigger.

Cool. I got permission from marcecloses5 to use his 15 draft class, so at least some of the well known players should have completely accurate faces.

Check above where TgSoGooddropped 29 fictional CFs. Also, Daemon (viewtopic.php?f=153&t=94987) has a bunch of real good cfs (some would need non tatted arms) that would be great as well. Good faces for all races and unique looks. (Y)

It's the gigantic, black button that says, in all caps (like your post) 'DOWNLOAD', when you scroll all the way to the bottom of the posted link. Don't reply saying it isn't there. It is. If you don't see it, you aren't looking hard enough.

droc81yo, I forgot to mention previously. Download the UBR, if you haven't, as HAWK gave us permission to use those faces. Download all the files. Use RED MC to turn portraits within the rosters so they show CFs in the menus (set them to 0 or -1 I forget which), and then go through older rosters looking for lookalikes. Guys who are less recognizable than current players. When you find your guy just lift his png from your downloaded files, reassign the png to match your roster and boom you're done. (Y)

How are things coming?? I imagine a full MM mod will need to be on 2K14 as I imagine it will take a good chunk of time for us to be able to really edit 2K15, presumably.

I'm very excited.

Also, there is a possibility for next year that 2K15 will have a lot more customiblity, given the MyLEAGUE announcement made by Leftos, and so there may be more up his sleeve.

But yea, most likely it would have to be on 2K14. I loved how this past year all these great guys worked together to make March Madness 2K14, so I'm very excited!

The literal most important factor in NCAA mods is their timeliness. Its why I released as early as January last year, even when it was only 5 teams. People would rather play with five teams in January than 100 in June. Droc looks to be doing some awesone work, and call me pessimistic but I see it being a little while before we can realky edit and mod 2K15, so right now it looks like we'll likely have an improved release on 2K14 released even earlier. By far the greatest college basketball mod to date. (Y)

Hey! I've been playing this mod a lot lately on my other computer and it's amazing! If you guys are continuing this for the ncaa 2015 season, id be happy to provide some cyberfaces, bc ive already made some hahaha

It's going good, but will have a scheduled release early November as opposed to Labor day. The reason for this is that most teams dont even have their rosters out yet, and projecting rotations is tough based on scout and rivals ratings. Also teams like Syracuse and UCONN only have 9-10 players on their rosters and that's even with using verbal commits Web site ( has all players on scholarship, and walk ons that are not FFreshman). This weekend was spent creating 4 of the 5 new uniforms for Arizona (never done it before, but they look Damn good now!). All that being said, I have 30 of the 41 teams complete to 8 clue no random faces, every player looks close to their real life counterparts and are rated accordingly. Gear is also equipped as well as can be based on pics I can find of Freshman ( but they seem to change gear a lot). I downloaded King Mellows draft class for 2015 and used about 10-15 of those faces on Freshman that his draft class looked better than the ones I found. I also play a game or two against each on of the teams I edit to ensure they play like the team plays.

so far it's all going really well. We should have a fully completed game by the beginning of the college basketball year. After that it's up to others to update jerseys, floors etc. And we should have a college game to play all year long.

droc81yo, if there are teams with new uniforms reach out to myself and/or Pepis21 (or by all means feel frre to make them since you said you're making them as well), and don't hesitate to go through the earlier pages and resch out to the guys who made courts and arenas etc. if things sneed upfates, or just to see if they're interested. I'll also do so if you'd like. If you need any recommendations or suggestions or info on anything else please feel free to ask amigo. I'm crazy busy with soccer through mid-October but I'll do what I can and after that I'm happy to help full on so that we can keep building off last year's great success. I can't say again enough about how awesome it is for you to have done this over the summer. This will be the first time an NCAA Mod has ever been updated for a new year (Jao told me this like 6 months ago when we first talked about it) so this is really breaking ground.

Also, anyone reading this who is interested in updating/fixing/creating new files, please feel free to post, post screens, etc. i truly believe this has all been so positive and successful because of what an amazing community we have here. (Y)

I installed all to the letter according to instructions but everyone was headless and armless ( the audio was fine) so I tried re-installing all the files from scratch including 2k14 itself and now the full version mode doesn't seem to activate such as the beginning screen with the team logos and so forth. Please advise where I went wrong and instruct how I should proceed to make this work as intended, thanks.

Use JSGME (see post above) so you can switch between NBA and NCAA or any other mods.
