PSA: Unlock All Settings File Doesn't Do Anything

Just unlocks out-of-date cheats that do nothing. Stuff from 2K11's dunk contest, last year's uniforms, Under Armor Shoe, etc. It does nothing. If you want proof, load this and goto features > codes.
