How do I get these cyber faces to work in the game. Do I just change the cf id and portrait id to the .iff name?

Like if I download steph curry's cyberface and want to assign it to another player. Would I just change that player's current cf id and portrait id to the same number as the pngxxxx.iff file.

For instance I want to change player that has a cyber face id of 3117 and a portrait id of 3117, can i just delete the png3117.iff to the steph curry.iff and rename it png3117.iff? Are there other parameters to modify in RedMC other than portrait ID and cf id to make the face work?
