Can someone make a 2K14 scoreboard tutorial?

I was wondering if someone can make a NBA 2K14 scoreboard tutorial. I've seen people like Clutch2K make replicas of NBA scoreboards and I was wondering how do you make.
I was also wondering how the team names and the score numbers (shotclock, game time) would be repositioned automatically. I went into the NBA 2K12 mod tool (The one that requires Java), and I found the group for where everything for the score board was for a NBA TV scoreboard and I'm wondering how to fix it up to look how I want it to look.
