How can I edit menuplayer.iff animations_jumpball.iff nba_animations

My end goal is to change the player standing still animation while in edit player, to something else
plus i need help to edit nba_animations to import animations from animations_dunkcontest into it
Last i need help editing animations_jumpball if changing the pre jumpball stances is an option
