I'm currently trying to mod my NBA 2K14, thing is it's literally impossible for me to find my Saves folder. I've of course checked roaming and appdata but only cache and shoes show up. I'm able to save a roster while in game but I have no clue where they're located. Please help me find it as it's frustrating the hell out of me lol.

Steam or DVD version? Either way it should be the same folder under AppData. That being said, if you're able to save rosters and you're not hiding any folders, you should be able to search by that filename and track down its location.

Also check your ProgramData folder (It's usually hidden in your Local Disk). Check if there's a 2KSports or NBA 2K14 Folder in there that might contain your Saves folder. Someone asked that same question to me before and eventually found his on that folder.
