It is possible with RED MC. The tabs in question are ScheduleBase_82 (82 game season), ScheduleBase_58 (58 game season), ScheduleBase_29 (29 game season), and ScheduleBase_14 (14 game season). The fields are pretty self-explanatory, but if you're not going to be changing dates and times of the games, you can basically just swap out the ID numbers for the home team (HTeam) and away team (ATeam) to create a new schedule using the original calendar.
Obviously this is a long process, especially for the 82 game schedule, and you'll need to be meticulous to avoid errors such as teams not having 82 games and the like. However, it is indeed possible through RED MC. The latest version of RED MC is completely free and includes complete access, so it can be used to do this. Note that you must edit a roster file, which will use this new schedule upon starting a new Association. You can't edit the schedule of an Association already in progress. More info can be found in the Fields & Values Tutorial, included with RED MC (check the Help menu for those).
