Having problems with hex on steroids for sliders nba2k14

I just watched the tutorial , viewtopic.php?f=151&t=100961 and I have done everything like this but when i open a tunedata.iff nothing happens

I had this problem just now and it was solved by downloading an already modified tunedata and work from there. Using the default tunedata makes the error
