I have a problem regarding the Kings' court, every time I replace the .iff file whether is it yours or IamLillard's It doesn't show your floor design instead the court stays the same all the time (The 2k designed version of the court without "Sleep Train Arena"). I downloaded every Kings' court design and replace the file, but nothing changed, any suggestions?

You have to replace the file in AppData/Roaming/2K Sports/NBA 2K14/Online Data/downloads. Any files in there will override the files in your main game directory. This means any files that 2K updated themselves, such as certain courts including Sacramento and Orlando, and jerseys. After you replace the file you need to make the file "Read Only" so that the game doesn't replace the file every time you open it up.

I thought about that already What type of file should I create? A simple .txt file or what?

There's no need to create any file. Just place the court file you want to use in the main game directory as well as in the downloads folder. Then right-click, properties, check Read-Only, click OK and you should be all set.
