Actually, v0.7b has been ready for a release today except for rotations changes, then the usual 30 minutes to 1 hour of making the 15 other versions (from Assoc to WI to WOI to Blacktop then Without Signature Skills then Hornets Version With Sig Skills then Without Signature Skills again) and uploading, and editing off of 5 different sites and posting. I'm also occupied with all the PBA 2K14 work I've been doing lately. It's almost done anyway, once it's done, I can focus on updating the Euroleague. Then again, v0.7b is actually just a tiny update, really.

Thank you for all the hard work! Do you prefer the rosters with or without Signature Skills? Are skill points adjusted if Sigs are included? Also, what are the main differences with the All-Star vs. Hall of Fame settings?

Nope, I made sure that the rosters are compatible with the latest official online data.

Thank you for all the hard work! Do you prefer the rosters with or without Signature Skills? Are skill points adjusted if Sigs are included? Also, what are the main differences with the All-Star vs. Hall of Fame settings?

I never liked Signature Skills, they break the game. Attributes are not adjusted but feel much better without Sig Skills. All-Star and Hall of Fame mostly differ in the attributes were Hall of Fame get boosts such as speed, quickness, etc.

Med, when will you release your next update?

Playing a Knicks association with your .7 association roster + all-star settings. I'm getting really low scoring games despite trying to get shots off quickly. I've averaged about 85 points and the CPU is more like 75. I have yet to break 100 points in 5 games so far. I'm also seeing really, really poor 3PT shooting. It could just be because I'm guarding the CPU well and the Knicks don't have very high 3pt ratings on the volume shooters in your roster. But yeah, still play testing but I'm not sure the 3pt and mid-range success rates are high enough. Melo and JR are also frequently missing wide open stand-still 15-18 footers, which seems pretty silly to me.

I'll try but I'm not really interested in making shoe-related edits in the mean time since jamp has had excellent progress with his shoes. And which Pacers jersey?

Do you play with Shot Stick Timing or Real Player %? That's odd because I always seem to reach 90+ points with my settings. Maybe you can up each of the mid and 3 PT sliders by 5 points and see how that feels.

I think Norris Cole should be rated 70. Steph Curry should have a better overall then Iggy, Maybe a 88-89? Hmm Chris Paul seems too high. Idk, Maybe 94? or 95. Blake i say 88-89. Bosh's recent play deserves a 86. Norris Cole deserves a 70. I think Melo should be an 90 or 89. He's struggling and isn't a #1 guy IMO. Kobe and Gasol both need to dip. Nick Young and Xavier Henry should go up. Deron Williams should be 84 or 83. Roy Hibbert deserves a 86-87. He always kills my Heat. David West 85. Anthony Davis 87. J.Lin should be a 79-80. Lillard should be a 87, maybe 88. Klay Thompson maybe a 81-82. Maybe not. Just thought i could help who i think deserves a boost.

Derrick Rose cannot be judged with just 10 games. He is still probably a good player given an entire season.

Andrew Bynum and Norris Cole, I agree.

Stephen Curry and Andre Iguodala, Iggy is shooting 52.6% FG, career high 45.1% from 3PT, 5.0 APG (second in team) with only 2.3 TOPG. Also has 1.6 SPG, with only 1.8 FPG. His defense and offense is high but he deserves a deduction for his poor rebounding (4.0 RPG, Stephen Curry has 4.7 RPG in 4 more minutes per game). Stephen Curry stays at 87 though for his high TOPG.

Chris Paul is a strong MVP candidate this season for leading the league in APG, having the best Assist-Turnover Ratio, scoring 19.7 PPG, while also having 2.5 SPG. He has the most win shares of any guard this season, and is 4th in Win Shares (behind Kevin Durant, LeBron James, and Kevin Love)

Blake Griffin is a 20-10, 50% FG guy, with an improved FT of 70%. His ball-handling and dribbling skills are also above average for a big man.

Chris Bosh cannot get a boost with 6.4 RPG which is ridiculously low since he starts at Center. Also, since he is considered a C in-game, his overall is dropped because the C position does not take into account the Mid-range, 3PT ratings much but have great effect from the rebounding ratings.

Carmelo Anthony is doing everything in his willpower to keep the Knicks alive with 26.3 PPG, 20.8 FGA per game at 45% FG (his career average) with a career high 8.8 RPG, while also having a career low 2.2 TOPG. He is also underrated on defense. His teammates' ratings make up for his high rating with none of his teammates reaching the 80 mark overall. He IS a #1 guy.

Kobe Bryant cannot be judged on 6 games. Look at his stats last season, they were phenomenal.

Pau Gasol is still averaging 15.1 PPG, 9.2 RPG, and 3.1 APG while only committing 2.0 FPG.

Nick Young probably deserves a small boost.

Xavier Henry deserves a tiny boost as well, but he still hasn't proved himself.

Deron Williams, I don't know if you've seen him play recently since his return but he has been good.

Roy Hibbert cannot get a higher rating with his poor rebounding (8.3 RPG) at his size of 7'2" and 290 lbs. He should be dominating his position every night. He is also shooting below 50% for a big which is simply unacceptable.

David West is poor on defense as well. However, Lance Stephenson deserves a boost, especially since he is out-rebounding even David West, and leads the team in APG.

Anthony Davis is shooting 38% from mid-range which is disappointing. If he were a C in the roster though, he would probably be rated much higher. Again, the PF position demands more from the shooting ratings.

Jeremy Lin, why does he deserve a boost? He has 4.2 APG with a pretty high 2.8 TOPG. His stealing has also been a shade of his past self with only 1.1 (4th in team behind Harden, Beverley, and Parsons). However, he does have a pretty high FG and a high scoring average with 14 PPG (on a team that averages 105 PPG, 4th in the league)

Damian Lillard, I'm sorry but I can't put him up as high as Curry while he's shooting 42% FG. His APG is also far from Wall or Curry (9.0 and 9.2 respectively) with only 5.9 APG.

Klay Thompson, I have given him every rating upgrade he needs to be able to score 20 PPG. He's just not good at anything else really. He's a poor rebounder (3.3 RPG), a poor passer (2.6 APG), and a liability on defense (3.3 FPG). He is only a catch-and-shoot guy, sadly.

I appreciate your thoughts! Glad to see people paying more attention to the numbers work I did.

I've fixed that right? I made the shoe base for the Pacers blue (since both team colors are white for hte home jersey)

I won't be adding retro teams. I collaborated on UBR anyway (which uses my roster for the 2013-2014 season) so you can just download that for retro teams.

Everyone I just got home! Maybe I can put up an update tonight or tomorrow. We have someone else working on the PBA rosters anyway so I can catch a break. I've been playing basketball almost everyday in the past few days too.

Uploading! I updated a lot of ratings, accessories, redid all of the rotations so they're more accurate now, and also tried to fix the schedule issues by copy pasting the schedule from the default roster.



Terrence Ross currently wears his sleeves white when home, black when away. No longer just black. Because of this, I added a white gear slot for the Raptors.

laker92 was also nice enough to allow me to copy over his updated contracts!

No biggie! We haven't really done any Euroleague updates so far. I've also talked to the other Euroleague patchers and I don't think it's going to be an easy update even with collaboration.
