I have a problem (i use original exe): i have installed your tnt scoreboard, but the bar is all grey...different colours for each team doesn't appear.
What i have to do?

Did you installed logos?

Try to run with max rosolution (in game video settings)
Set Texture quality to High (in game video settings)

well, I don t quite remember and sharing an exe file on this site is not supported so just copy your original exe wich came with your copy of game.
As I said it's because of modified exe file if u use default one it should fix the issue with the scoreboard

I love it. It matches up really well with the TNT presentation 1.0. I do have a question. I get all of the text for game events except Jump Balls. I just get a plain grey box. Is this something that can be fixed? Other than that, it is perfect. Many thanks!

i also have the same problem it depends from modified nba.exe file but i don't know how to copy the original file to have a correct scoreboard

I downloaded your Fox scoreboard a couple of weeks ago and I noticed that it is still very incomplete. If you play using classic teams you will notice the bug in the scoreboard. Now I log on and I see you're working on yet another scoreboard? I don't get it. You keep going from project to project leaving every thing incomplete. I suggest finishing one project first before releasing others. Quality over quantity.

The Classic Teams are missing probably because once the retro rosters come out by various modders, he'll be flooded with requests.

The scoreboards don't crash the game and are beautiful.... if anything he's doing quality over quantittyin the right places ---- I'd rather have 30 great current NBA logos than every logo not be accurate and include classic teams.

The dude is one of the best technical modders on the NLSC and you should respect him. If you want to critique, give constructive criticism.

Additionally, he's already posted that he never will make Classic Team logos on this very thread a handful of times.

How does me not having any mods released have anything to do with my critique of him not finishing his work? By that logic then it should be mandatory that NBA Coaches must have been NBA Players before cause how can they coach NBA player if they never played in the NBA right?

Of course I respect him that's why I'm telling him to slow down and finish his work before starting anything else. If he is some hackjob modder I would just uninstall his mod and call it a day but he's not. It's disappointing to see good mods left unfinished knowing the modder is skilled enough to finish it.

May not be finished to you but its finished to him. If he has no intentions on doing logos for classic teams, then its finished. You could make the logos yourself. I believe he told someone how to do it before for this exact scoreboard you have a problem with.

It's not unfinished if he never planned to make retro logos for the scoreboard and also how do you know what he is doing when he is not around here for all we know he could be still working on this TNT scoreboard and something else.

Regarding TNT Home colors - read my and other readers advises in past few pages since v1.0 release.
I do not experience that problem, can't help much.

Regarding unfinished scoreboards -
* Jumpball text missing - I do not know when and how it disspaeared. There are several hundred objects (if not a thousand) edited in scoreboards, hard to test every aspect if everything is working well, but it might be related with a violation panel timing - default 2k violation panels 1/2 time displays Foul name in yellow, then 1/2 time the Foul name in yellow + additional text in white. I have dissabled the first part, therefore only second part is displayed in our scoreboards for twice longer longer. It is easier in the game to follow that text now imo. Maybe this was the case for Jumball text missing. Wil ltake a look later.
* Unfinished scoreboards (classic logos) - I do not make classic logos 'cos there is no sence to make them. Substitute present time NBA team logo file name with Classic team name and you will have necessary logo. Bulls present and Bulls classic is a bull anyway. Laker is/were Lakers always, etc. Subtitute file names.
Just maybe except SEATTLE which does not has a team presetnly

Somebody asked for Olympioakos. Made annd paublish same way.

TNT - nothing else is not planned to add by me. Waiting for Playff texture from Sixers (hopufully with repainted logos), we will update to Final version and that is it with TNT imo.
It is working pretty well imo, just impossible to replicate Bonus, impossible to improve significaly other elements of TNT (violation panel)

Just maybe can share my own settings of TNT, whre team colors are original team color, not as TNT requires same red for all teams, same blue for all teams, etc. It is more variance with original team colors.

exrxixxx, I have looked through this forum and read that others like me are having trouble with the home team color not showing up (or in my case flickering on and off constantly) in your TNT scoreboard.

I genuinely appreciate all of the time, hard work, and effort you have put into making scoreboards for these games and if this ends up being something that cannot be fixed then it is not the end of the world, but if you have some time, I would really appreciate if you could please look into it for me.

First of all, I would like to make it clear that I am playing NBA 2K14 on a laptop which has a 16:9 aspect ratio monitor (1366 x 768 pixels) not a 16:10 ratio which you specifically made this scoreboard for. I also want to point out that I am using the original nba2k14.exe file and do not have any mods (such as tight shirts/jerseys) that would mess up the scoreboard such has been the case with some of the others experiencing difficulties.

With that part out of the way, I will now describe my experience with your TNT scoreboard.

Basically, as soon as the opening tip of a game happens and the scoreboard gets shown for the first time, the home team color starts flickering between being visible one second and then transparent the next. I have played several games past the first quarter and the issue does not go away in the 2nd quarter or any time in the second half either (I heard the game readjusts itself at the start of the second quarter and sometimes this fixes some of the problems people have, but this is not the case for me). In addition, I downloaded v1.1 of the TNT scoreboard and in addition to the home team color flickering always, the color for the stat flyout panel (which now also varies in color based on which teams are playing thanks to your awesome work) flickers whenever it shows up for both the home and away teams (not just the home team this time but both home and away are affected - away team color is not flickering still though behind team abbreviation but home team's is still flickering).

While searching the internet about flickering in video games in general, I read that sometimes this is due to multiple layers trying to be displayed in the same area on the screen. The computer doesn't know which one to display so it keeps switching from one to the other and thus this causes the flickering effect which I am experiencing.

After reading this info, it got me thinking that maybe in your scoreboard file some part of the stat flyout panel(s) is layered behind the home team abbreviation and therefore my computer cannot decide whether it should be displaying the stat flyout piece or the home team color so it keeps flickering between the two. Though I have no real experience with this kind of stuff this is just a general assumption I have come to based on the fact that the away team color has no problems but both the home and away team's stats flyouts are flickering as well as the home team's color.

As some additional info (which confuses me even more since there should be nothing really different between the nba2k13.exe and the nba2k14.exe), I tried your 2K14 scoreboard out in NBA 2K13 which has the original nba2k13.exe file (just like I have the original nba2k14.exe for 2K14) and the home team color along with all of the stats flyouts worked perfectly fine without any flickering whatsoever. There were a few minor bugs with things like the shot clock changing font sizes every so often but I attribute that to the fact that the scoreboard is meant for 2K14 not 2K13.

I am not sure what exactly could be causing this flickering to happen other than possibly the aspect ratio of my screen, but I have tried modifying the pixel ratio in game to ratios that are closer to 16:10 and the problem still persists. I would also like to note that all of my video settings are on high (including my texture quality setting) so it is not a matter of me having those settings on low either.

I am still trying to find a way to take screenshots (that don't show up as just black rectangles) and/or video of my gameplay itself so that you have a visual of what it is that I am saying, but I have yet to have any luck so if you know of any method I could use then let me know so I can actually show you the problem rather than just try to describe it to you.

Once again, I would like to reassure you that I understand if this cannot be fixed, but it sounds like several people are having this issue with your scoreboard so I just thought I would try to help them as well as myself get a better experience playing the game by trying to suggest what may be causing the problem and asking you to look into it when you have some time and try to fix it for us. I also realize that I could always just switch to a different scoreboard, but I am a big fan of TNT over ESPN, FOX, etc. so if at all possible I would prefer to use the TNT scoreboard and have it work flawlessly. I would also like to apologize for this extremely long post, but I felt that it was necessary in order to get my point across clearly enough to be understood.

To sum this all up, I would ask that you please look into the suggestions I have made about possible causes of the problem, and then get back to me about whether or not this is something which can be fixed or not.

You're work thus far has already been amazing, and if you could solve this for me and the others then that would be an added bonus which would be greatly appreciated!!!
