Could u fix top of his head? Seems to have the same split-line has occured with Lebron. U can see it zooming your third pic.
That's a great Kobe, I think his neck should be a little bit shortened and head not completely but just more "shaved". Less hair in few words.
Goatee too should be less evident imho.

Ok updated the skin-tone made it less red and updated the beard and hair much more realistic now
