Well i'm gonna start doing this a bit more often, but eh.
You should work with the shadows on his face, the right eye, the nose and the chin has that real pic shadow going on.
And remove the shine from his nose on the right side. But i think you should redo the texture overall, so you won't have problems fixing the colors.
