I like Kobe overall headshape & skin tone, you need to fix the lips & if you can remove the line in the center of his head

Looks like a nice rose, but his nose and mouth are too big. Other then that looks great.

Andre Iguodala: It looks good so far its just the skin tone does not mach the body. Head seems to be darker then a body.
