I think its a dtx texture issue
the alpha format needs to be changed

Arm textures doesnt have alpha layer, they should be exported as DXT1 - No alpha

Right if they have the alpha that causes the dots which DXT1 is correct format so to fix easy just export arms and save as .dds-DXT1.

Yes it completely sucks if you take a look at some of my upcoming Dleague mod CF's some i get a good clean texture some others im still working on.Does gettyimage have best photos?I made this from this photoImage

Yes, you should definitely always look first on getty images cause they have high resolution photos. The only thing is that they have watermarks on it, unless you buy that licence or whatever to remove it, but there is also some techniques on Internet how to remove it in Photoshop. Also, one advice, with smaller resolution photos, if you are making CF following R4zor's tutorial I suggest, in last part where you texture paint your 3d model, in Blender, to leave opacity on 0.700, it makes texture look like much better.

hey i have a question about the sideline players the cf&model seems to change back to the original model on some players is that because i need to import the 2nd headshape what is it the Hi-res one?

Actually, I've seen it, but I am not sure what happens there. I belive it's some kind of bug that the game itself has.

I did not quite understand what you mean by "cleaning up textures" ?
I don't even know what to say about this. I use the standard Photoshop features . I do not have any special technique :shifty:

Like cutting and pasting the eyes nose lips etc some texture comes out messy depending on the type of photo you use for them.For example for pictures with a black background some times works out good other times when blending and doing textures it becomes a mess when you copy and paste is what i meant by cleaning it up making it look good no dark spots or highlights that distort the players detail :D

To get rid of heavily lit or heavily shaded areas, I use the "shadows/highlights" tool.
Here is an example of the work of the "shadows/highlights" tool:

In cases where some parts of the texture are different in color, I use the "curves" tool for these parts.
Some places I just fix with a brush. I'm afraid I did not tell you anything new :(
