Looks like you want to play retro roster(Elite?) Without downloading retro parts. Since 6 years there is no missing texture in URB.

skoa.. i would love to be part of some more testing of stats. I usually play full games of 48 minutes and overall the gameplay is great but if you are open to it i would like to post some stats of my gameplay if it could improve some small things. What i notice is that for example i always have way more blocks then my opponent due to them driving a lot and understanding how to guard them. ( like i said before your gameplay is by far the best imo and i only would like to help out if i can)

Blocks are big issue in 2k14. Its hardcoded, but we minimize user blocks to minimum. Please try our sliders and ofc you are always welcome to post screens or gameplay. I think I have around 6-10 blocks per game and believe me or not its rly Good result for this game.

Any chance you fix K.D"s height on rosters since he reveals he is not 6’9 but 7’0 with shoes, 6'11 without ?

You just have to use the URB base roster that comes with the download. It will have a slew of classic teams, and updated regular teams.

I open finalultrarosterbase and there are classic teams and the 2k14 roster. or am i kinda blind and dont know what im doing?

Oh now i see, i think i forgot to update current roster in Ultra roster but guess what im in turbo editing mode and im almost done with mixing up 2019 & Elite roster, so stay tuned.

thanks for your response... Im planning to post some stats here on all-star level. I usually win those games by a small marging (dont know if that makes me a bad player lol). Also i always use custom defense settings and mostly guard good 3 point shooters tightly which effects the amount of shots certain players take. I played the Celtics with the Raptors yesterday with the v2 sliders and while guarding Tatum with Kawhi he did not take a single shot in the first half ... in theory of course this could happen but this also is a part i want to check. Because it sometimes feels that the in real life ball-dominant players dont have the ball enough. Once again this could be largely effected by how one defends so i will check that and post some stats

Im not surprised about Tatum. Ratings/Tendencies in 2019 are build on middle season stats. Irving was still in rotation, right? Irving is around 80 shot tendency. Also remember Hayward(66 shot tendency) is in rotation. Tatum were scoring 13.9ppg in season(10 shot attempts per game, his numbers went up after Irving injury) so its pretty close to his in game 44 shot tendency. He was 18.5ppg in playoffs( 14.3 Shot attempts per game), because Kyrie wasnt there (and in game Hayward).
