U R B - WHERE SIM HAPPENS ! 2023 Roster Preview! 22ND February!

Hello there!
First of all, you are doing great job! It's amazing that you can have almost the whole history of NBA in one single game with such a fantastic quality!
However I've found few bugs that I'm not sure if they are real bugs or working as intended.

1st All players in current roster have oddly high increased Layup and Standing Layup statistics.

2nd All players in every rosters are missing signature skills. I've checked most years and didn't found even 1 single signature skill.

3rd Some years rosters are missing players carrer stats. It would be wonderful to have nba stats db inside the game.

And also 2017 Draft Classes are missing in zip roster files.

EDIT: Forgot to mention all those bugs appear in 2k14 edition.

One more question: which file overwrites default pass/swap player icons? Playing on keyboard with PS4 icons is awful!
I guess that jukeboxmusic.bin overwrites menu music but does it also change in-game music (2K Beats In-game) or are there more files that overwrites it? I personally prefer original game music.

If someone would be so kind and upload that original files for me I would be very grateful. Otherwise I would have to reinstall the whole game and mods..

Unfortunately requests for original files are against the rules because they facilitate piracy, as stated in the rules. You should have a backup or just reinstall the game on steam or CD

If you changed the Icons for the ps4 ones, then you probably changed gamedata. I think.

3rd issue, well There wont be career stats, huge work and to be honest I dont see reason to spend months to have all stats when I have them all on websites.

Sure, I though it would be just quick import with few conditional statements but if it would actually take time then it is absolutely unnecessary.

Could you just tell me which exactly file overwrites default pass/swap player icons, please?

The issue with high inside shot/layup ratings is only in the last version of this year's roster as I forgot to apply some positional edits. Those have been addressed in the roster that Sko is going to release soon. I noticed that a few weeks ago and fixed it.

question Skoa... i know the fact that ratings dont really reflect everything in your mod and i dont really know the Science behind it but i still have a question about some of the free agents. Are some of the "older" free agents still overrated in certain areas like for example Bosh, Deron Williams etc. ? THanks for your awesome roster

I updated all fa in the roster Sko is going to release soon. I capped the statistical ratings that affect overall ratings for all fa and players who have played less than 100 minutes.

Downloaded the roster and everything looks good, except for some team logos that look like this:


Some others seem to be in the wrong place, i.e. a draft class logo was on a team specific logo. These logo glitches carry over for the same teams, roster by roster, but as far as I know, I downloaded all of the 2K14 files on the site and installed them in the right order. I've done this twice just to make sure and still get the logo glitches. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

I changed all ages by -3 because game will change them by +3 when you start asso or season. Its all good.

Since most of the 2k14 forums are dead i post my work here ( think Skoa told me before i could do that )... I also decided to make my crowds SD so maybe u can add them to your mod if u want Skoadam ? ( this release is still HD but i will make it SD soon )
