why i play playoffs mode, the team isnt the right to play?

for example:
2004-2005 playoffs
first round it should be seattle vs. sacramento
but in 2k14 is seattle vs houston

Because in 2014 playoffs, the Thunder or Supersonics in 05 was the first seed and the Rockets were 8th so they matched up. You can fix it by customizing the seeding first before playing so you can have your wanted results.

I think there's an option (not sure) somewhere before getting to the playoff tree where it can allow you to customize playoff seeding and after that you can switch the teams as easy like that

Another match played by me with the set of sliders to share with you haha.
This time, Utah vs Memphis. I got to say , even if they scored 86, I feel like it was my best defensive game, by far. Almost every memphis`s shot was contested by me, and on my deffensive end, every rebound was taken by Gobert. Mitchell went off, 32 points, two posterizers, once half-court buzzer beater, a lot of and 1, etc. Also, nice game behind the three point line, I didnt shot that much threes, only uncontested ones, I end up with 45% or something from outside the line. Memphis had his moment with Evans, Harrison and Green shooting 5 consecutive threes on the second, but after that, nothing. Gasol played horrible, he scored in garbage minutes in the 4th, only there. Parsons went 2-10, ruining memphis second-unit attack. Great game also by Rubio, making plays and assisting Gobert and Favors, and Crowder ,with 7 points, some assists, steals,rebounds, one block, and playing great in defense.

New cavs against warriors. LeBron carried this team all the match, beasting durant, iguodala, green and everybody else. I was winning effortless until the last minutes of the 4th. Klay and Curry killed me there, and the x-factor: McGee. He ruined the only thing that I dominated in the whole match, rebounds. My team really stop playing basketball the last 4 minutes, and not even LeBron sttoped that, with a 15-2 run for the warriors in those minutes. Props to Zizic, great match by him, and I confirmed my theory that in this team, in 2k, Hill cannot be the PG. At least for me , he played horrible, and I mean horrible.
A shame that I didnt took screenshots of 95 magic vs 01 sixers (I think is that year), Shaq went up for 57 points, and 23 rebounds. Amazing.


One question, when is going to be released the all-time roster, or whats missing to be released? I cannot wait to play with lakers, spurs, warriors, etc hahaha. Kareem and Kobe, Ginobili and Gervin in the SG spot in spurs, cannot wait.

Maybe is not, but believe me I'm trying to do everything that I can do in current situation, I still have no access to PC and must work on laptop, also not every team already use their city uniforms.

I'm gonna need more than that to make it work.

He said we can follow the tutorials in replacing songs in the soundtrack. If it's still not enough, I'll try to tinker with the original player and lines.bin and with the files by Mackubex.

I've never replaced songs in the soundtrack, but I'm assuming it's as easy as finding mp3's that you want to add and adding them. Where is the audio file with the names? How does the game know to link to them for individual players?

If you would experiment with this, it would be fantastic.

The files I downloaded from Mackubex are players.bin and lines_ps.bin. It's the same kind of file with the jukebox so it can be opened by NBA 2K Audio Editor. I opened one of the zip files and found a txt file. What he did was he combined two different audio ids using Audacity to make an edited one and replaced another. For example,

Players.bin ID: 12
ID: 39
Lines_ps.bin: 26619
Original Name: Amaechi
Changed Name: Clarkson
AudioID1: 26
Combination: "Clark" + Iver"son"

As you can see, he combined Clark and "Son" from Iverson to create an audio id for Clarkson but he replaced the audio id Amaechi. I think there's a tab on RED MC called "Last_Names". I'm currently away from a PC so I can't check if there's some sort of ID system there that correlates with the ID system in the files. If that's the case, it will be as easy as 1,2,3
