Hey guys sorry for not being active because I'm very busy with school right now so I told Fiba Baller to handle your question and comments since he is in control of this mod as much as I am
But don't worry, updates will still come for the tournament such as updated cfs and jerseys but they won't be as frequent.

Why? It's nothing wrong to download stuff through torrents as far as it's legal, it's basically just a convenient way to share files and as far as I know there is no rule that forbids talking about torrents in this forum (at least I didn't find one)

btw, great stuff with this mod guys and if you really manage to make all of those teams that you are hoping to make it's going to be one hell of a mod

How do I refrain the CPU from signing Free Agents? Because the association is not really playable since all the legends are in the Free Agent Pool and they start randomly signing for different teams. Or am I doing something wrong?

Yeah, pretty much. Talking about piracy is banned, not torrents. It's not like you can't pirate from Mediafire.

Talking about torrents AND piracy will get you banned. Pretty much posting links for torrent downloads will get this thread locked up and the downloads, removed.

On a side note, please feel free to post videos of yourself whether its a mix, pictures, or playing a game on various courts so we can advertise this mod to a larger audience via Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook! Perhaps you can play a real-life matchup at the Seville Arena, play the USA vs Brazil matchup at the United Center, or the Championship game in Madrid!

Got to do one more remake lol n this time I Tried to do a remake of the Final match of the 2013 FIBA Asia Championship b/w Iran and Philippines in NBA2K14 PC using the Mod.

The 2013 FIBA Asia Championship for Men was the intercontinental championship for basketball organized by FIBA Asia that served as the qualifying tournament for the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup in Spain.

Without its main big man Marcus Douthit, the Philippine national basketball team was outmatched in the paint and fell to Iran, 85-71, ending up with silver in the finals of the 2013 FIBA Asia Championship, at the MOA Arena. Injured naturalized center Marcus Douthit did not play, allowing Iran's behemoth center Hamed Haddadi to dominate down low. On the other end of the court, Gilas' feared shooters did not bring their A-game, and missed open jumpers throughout the contest. The home team struggled to contain NBA free agent Haddadi, who was later named the Most Valuable Player of the tournament. He scored 29 points and hauled in 16 rebounds over 29 minutes, despite four fouls to his name.

In this FIBA2k14 remake Haddadi had similar performance by scoring 27 points with 15 rebounds in the same number of minutes he played in the real game. Iran maintained their slender 6 point lead in 1st Half and went on to win the game 80-71. As close as it gets lol

I have a UBR patch, do I have to delete it to install the FIBA, or just copy the files from this patch ?

You can just use a fresh install and rename it FIBA 2K14.

No, install Generic Mod Enabler and put the files into sub folders(i.e Dornas+Arenas, Cyberfaces, etc.) and then enable them.

Hi Yuahzkie. I have answered this in my earlier post. You may want to read that. Yeah some of the free agets like the repeated retro player can be removed but not all as stars like Lebron,Melo,Durant,Paul, westbrook will be needed later. For Assco its easy just read my earlier comment on this n it should work to a great extent. But having Zero Free agents will cause the game to crash in My Career. Also if we reduce ratings to 25. So do some of things I do that I mentioned earlier. Like Zero Trades in customized assoc, moving some of the players to bonus teams that you are not gona use in your Asssoc, Increase the FA player ages to 35, keep salary very high, potential low and loyalty column in player tab in red mc as o or low, . And for the players your using keep durability and potential and loyalty high and injury frequency and severity low. These are few things that you coud do and keep this as separate roster for your Customized Assoc in your saves directory with adifferent name.. These however wont stop CPU from signing players in My Career. I had asked Jao to about this but there nothing else that can be done unless some one can reprogram it. So your assoc will be fine as per FIBA squads !!
