stoeck wrote:yeah as i say in the thread a couple of court don't really match, i will retouch them when i find enough courage. And yes it is hard to find the right color with the NTSC youtube/TV filter etc... Photo are often also photoshophed to maximise lightning etc. But i never use video to make the color, it is just to color destructive and encoded, re-encoded & re re-encoded to being dropped on youtube. I take most of the pictures from espn.go as they provide quite big daily photo report. and some court are more inspiring than others also ^^!!

My pc has geforce gtx 765 so dont tell me i might have slower PC. lol
BTW stoeck im still waiting for the Knicks court V5. Please have this next hehehe

In addition some technical info.... all floor files have their own colored overlays onto the textures that modders import.. Even if modder import "hex color 000000 pure black" to floor file, it will never be pure black in the game if those colored overlays are not changed (they can not be seen with any software available for modders, but it is very easy to manipulate them by hex editing (or maybe even with "hex on steroids" which I did not use yet).
Those overlays are acutually some transparent layers of colors that should fit the color-feel of the stadium. They give more dark red to Spurs court, more borwn orange to MSG, etc.
So I understand how difficult it is to find correct color balance for the court as color you see on display is affected by:
Texture color + Overlay Color + reflections balance

But both are not accurate.
Better to download team logo from http://www.sportslogos.net/leagues/list_by_sport/3/Basketball/logos
to your graphics editing software and check the correct color with eyedropper tool....
