Tendencies have already been adjusted from v1 onwards. What I did for v1.2 is I increased some ratings for players that have played well (A.Jefferson, Lillard, Dragic, etc.) and lowered it for players that sucked and struggled with injuries this season (Mayo, Bynum, Nash, etc.) this season.
