besides that you made a really good job
and another hint. the career stats for the players are messed up

But it was explained thoroughly. You HAVE to look at overalls. Making a roster not based on 2K's entire system is flawed because it WON'T produce the same simulation results at all, even with the proper formulated ratings and tendencies. Let's say you have the proper tendencies and rotations for a team and simulate it, it will only have the realistic results you wish to achieve when you are controlling the team. That makes it a huge flaw where you have to personally be using ALL of the teams to make sure their rotations aren't bad.
slimm44's formulas are really good and the gameplay is definitely SUPERB, but 2K's default (bad) CPU AI and terrible overall formula makes it a nightmare for rosters like this because it's not compatible at all. You have to either make adjustments to the formulas, or be able to modify 2K's bad CPU sim logic or overall formula (which I don't think is possible). He did provide a suggestion that the starters' overalls should at least be paid attention to so that it doesn't have the same problems he was pointing out.

is a pretty decent reply to any thread considering that it follows a single line of thought where the rant was explained briefly, and as well as him also providing a suggestion to solve/avoid the problem. He explained the need for overalls, so I don't know why you commented "just another kid around looking only overalls" cos it the same comment can be said about people who are "just another kid looking at individual attributes". He explained everything clearly and his comment comes from understanding on how difficult it is (what slimm44 is doing), but it simply just doesn't work to the desired effect because of the flaws of 2K's game engine itself, unless an adjustment to the formulas is made. He shouldn't get lost with such an "attitude".

I know that you have worked alot on this project, but why would you insult a consumer of your mod when he is trying to give you feedback? (it is a retorical question, so I do not excpect a answer for it)

Off and Def Awareness is the biggest overall changer in the formula that would allow you to at least be able to control the overall the way you like it, since both awareness ratings do a lot more than described in the game. That, how I see it is the easiest way to adjust overalls. I do remember 2K giving Dirk Nowitzki 99 OFF AWR and 80 DEF AWR just to give him a high OVR when we all know it's not the same for both cases. Not every roster has a bad Assoc mode. I make updated rotations for quick game purposes (personal use, cos me and my father like to play without injuries). Every team has the same bad minutes logic, there is no doubt about that. However, there is some "quality control" you can do with the minutes by at least projecting the starters to share their actual time on the court. Like he said, some players start over actual starters when they shouldn't. HAWK23 and I use overall-intensive rosters which do not have that problem. The only issue would be having no sixth man because the sixth man almost always starts (ex. Jamal Crawford if he has too high a rating). So that thing you said "no matter which roster you choose, your game will go crazy right at the start" is wrong because some are still able to achieve somewhat realistic results through simulations (MVP awards, player stats for the Stars/Starters at least). PS: I would prefer if you did, actually. I am more used to being an artist (pixel art) than a designer (roster modder), and constructive criticism comes naturally to me. Like someone here said, it is important to listen to the consumer/user because they are the ones who are actually using the mod a lot more than us content creators. slimm44 seems to understand that, so should you.
