nah. Too red, lips are not aligned, skin is not the same, eyebrows are on fleek, ears are like dumbos, and the eyes are a little bit weird. The skin tone also is very very saturated.

Beard is on point, he has "dumbo ears" in real life, lips are correct and he also has non-aligned eyes in real life. Just match the skintone and it's good (Y)

Didn't saturate it all. Maybe I could darken the neck a little bit. Ears are default and he has big ears in real life too as Rob pointed out. I don't really see the problem with eyes. Appreciate the feedback though
