I just finished all the teams' ratings and tendencies. I'm going to make sure the coaching profiles are updated and I'll post. Once that's done, I'll go through FA list.

All teams' ratings/tendencies are edited and all coaching profiles are edited. Does anybody have knowledge of the players in the FA list who have retired? I'll keep them hidden but activate everybody else. Also, I realized after I uploaded it that I have not updated the transactions or rotations in several weeks. They're probably going to be pretty bad. I'll try to get those and the FA's edited and uploaded in the next few days.

Thanks for the patience, guys. This is A LOT of work.

All the teams are edited, but there is still work I want to do to edited players as well as the caps and fa's. It's not a super early beta anymore, but it's still a beta. I hope to release another one tonight with some edits I did today, which include:

Raising all PF and C's Attack the Basket to 100
Raising all PF anc C's Touches by 20
Tweaking Triple Threat a bit
Removing all Sig Skills but giving all PF's and C's Screen Outlet to boost the PNR game

What makes this mod “sim”? Here are a few of the features that set this project apart from all others:

- Every art file (jerseys, arenas, cyberfaces, accessories, courts, dornas (advertisement at half court), etc is realistic and none will crash game play
- There is no missing art file in the entire project

Every player in every roster has:
- Accurate statistical ratings and tendencies to work with 2k's simulation engine while still providing realistic game play
- Realistic ratings and tendencies that affect game play but not the simulation engine ie dribbling, athletic ratings, post tendencies, etc.
- Realistic physical attributes that decrease after major injuries or as the player gets older
- Accurate play types
- Accurate contracts

- Accurately updated Coaching profiles and playbooks

- Draft classes that have realistic player information for every player

- A few slider sets designed to be a base for realistic game play

Two questions:

(1) What settings have worked best with your roster so far? I have Philips00 and your settings from about a month ago on my drive.
(2) Is there a quick way to update your roster with all the trades / injuries?

I have used Philps00 settings and they felt good to me. A few other people have posted really good results with them, also.

There really isn't a quick way to update the transactions, mainly because I have to find the cyberfaces, find a new portrait file (those should be very easy), then create the players, edit them, assign them to teams, and trade players who have been traded since the beginning of the season. I can probably get that part done by this weekend. That'll probably be the next thing I work on because I really don't want to work on the FA's right now.

Well I still feel that overalls are important to the game and the roster..

Just copy over some of the player details from my roster's added players. It starts at ID 1136.

Any particular reason you had those adjustments to the PFs and Cs?

Which ones do you feel are problematic?

Due to the AI passing out of the post more frequently than I'd like (regardless of ratings/tendencies/sliders/coaching profiles) and the perimeter players tending to take the most shots when plays break down and on PNR plays, making those changes give big men more opportunities to score and also have no effect on the sim engine. I'll post some CPU vs. CPU stats later today. I've tested Indy, Atlanta, Minnesota, Portland, and am now on New Orleans and Denver. Each game has been EXACTLY what I want it to be so far.

Answers in bold.
