You must delete the f016.iff in "C:\Users\YouName\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\NBA 2K14\Online Data" and delete the "chace" folder.

I don't know, no crash in my game and no crash reportly by the users...so, you're the firts and i don't know how to say. probably is another file that you've included on the game
