Any specific settings needed in-game for this to look its best? Does sweetfx mess this up or needed in any way with this?

Depending on your computer I'd say play around with the settings. As far as sweetfx/ENBs go I prefer them to enhance the quality of the picture from an aesthetic standpoint, however from a performance angle it may of course slow down your game a bit. Try out some of the mentioned ENBs and sweetfx and see how you like it

You only need to download and apply the latest (V9) update. LeBron James' tattoos aren't a global file, It's a separate mod by Cam that you need to download from this forum.

Haha, I couldn't be bothered with removing all the URL's and then picking out the text. I'm sure that guy would get the hint!

I personally quite like the Crystal Clear mod. The other combination sometimes looks a bit too grayish to me.
