Manually.
Mark logo file, press F2, rename.

Teal logos file list you can get by opening UBR roster with any roster editor imo, or ask at UBR forum

Or use 3DM NBA mod tool to preview iff files

IT ALSO INCLUDES fixed Portland logo (will add them to official release with the next update also)

Fonts are in english.iff.
You may use original english.iff together with TNT and still no chane will occur.

Try different nba2k14.exe and you will find out that tight jersey mod was a reason.
This is what numerous users have confirmed.
