To me his hair needs more texture, it looks like he's wearing a helmet. I also think he needs to be darker skinned.

did you only do texture edit, or did you also de headshape... for some reason a lot of the rookies have giant heads

I do edit headshape also but i dont know how to make the headshape small i only adjust some.

mcw is ready to play ball and one more thing for xavier, i noticed his lips is a bit glossy compare to jrue and mcw, (yes, im talking about a man's lips ) just a small edit before the release

Last thing, and it's splitting hairs, really. I think his chin goatee should be more defined, and not so wide, like in this picture:

Just being nitpicky, that's all. It doesn't make or break the face, which looks great.

i think his eyebrows are a little different in real life.

I agree with chicagoRAW his eyebrows are different irl, they're a bit thicker especially on the outside of the brow. His receded stubble is further back on his head and thinner in the front which you can see in the first two pics since his hair is longer. There are also some rings going on below his eyes and he's rocking the beard right now. That's all nit picking though, Taj looks solid.
