How to Open the 2kx Mod Tool?

I am trying to learn how to edit arenas, but the 2kx mod tool isn't working for me. I have searched through this forum for days. I uninstalled the 64 bit version of java, installed 3 different downloads of the 32 bit of java. I restarted my computer, yet the 2kx mod tool would not run. It always tells me to select the version, and then It would not end up running. I tried using the 3dm mod tool, but that wouldn't allow me to open arena files. How do I properly run the 2kx Mod tool?

I can't figure it out either, I haven't used it in so long. I don't even know which file is suppose to run the program anymore lol.
Is it 'Nba2KXModTool.jar' ?

yea that's the file to run it. i have no idea why it doesn't work. I have a bunch of high school gyms that I want to create but without the tool then I don't know how to get to work on it

I think you need to install the 32-bit version of Java Runtime Environment for that one instead of the 64-bit. That's one of the problems I've encountered before trying to use that tool and it simply just won't open in 64-bit.

I've done that plenty of times and it still doesn't work
