UBR Player Portraits

None of the player portraits are showing up can someone please tell me what the problem might be?

In the newest update Hawk changed the portrait.cdf and portrait.iff to make them transparent so we only see the team logo. He did it mainly to take out the work of updating all the pictures. If you have the cdf and iff files from previous versions then you should be able to copy them back I would think.
