You may need to edit the images in the other files also. You will have to replace the Clippers logo in all files. I don't know what files is used and when it's used. I just replace all 5 textures.

Your graphics program may also indicate the texture size. Not sure which tool will open logo files, probably both. Open the extracted texture in your graphics program. Open the new texture. Paste the new over the old texture. Re-size if needed. Remove any junk leftover. Create a new alpha channel. The alpha channel blocks the unwanted background. Save the DDS. Import in to the IFF file using the 3DM/2K tool. Copy the IFF to your game folder. Check it in the game. The logos_large to the logos_tiny get incrementally smaller. I don't recall the actual sizes but if the largest is 512x512 the next will be 256x256, the next 128x128, so on. You just reduce the size of the new logo 50% and save the DDS then import to the next logo size. After the first logo the rest are very easy. JaoSming made very good tutorials for GIMP but the info applies to all graphics programs. RedMC can be used to extract and import textures. Use it if you prefer. I believe it also shows the texture size. We used to pay for RedMC features in the past so I did not learn how to work with the IFF section. I have only used it to convert HD cyberfaces to SD twice so I can't explain it off the top of my head. I think JaoSming covered the feature too. I recommend using JSGME to test your editing. This will keep you from overwriting the original files until you are satisfied they look correct. Always make a backup of any original file. You never know if you'll have to start over.![]()
