Help creating shoes mods

Hello I want to start creating shoe mods. I didn't find help anywhere else.
I already have several programs like blender, photoshops and the mod tool.
I would like some guide or tutorial help.

I haven't been on 2K14 or 13 in a while.
I will help a little bit. Below are the UV layouts for the 3 shoe sizes in this game. I made these years ago.
Maybe someone else in the community can add some more info that could help you.





If you start with these as a base and try to apply your own texture then you can take your work into blender and clean it up and make it look really good. like I did below.

I too am interested in trying to create my own shoes but don't really know what I need to get started. I've downloaded blender and the other links that were posted in this video but the video is hard to follow since there is now audio or documentation on what is being done (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvmFCvyM5-o). Could anyone out there post or pm me how to get started on just creating a basic shoe? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
