Updating jerseys/arenas in an association

I'm currently trying to update jerseys/arenas realistically as I progress through an association starting in 2013/14 using URB. However, I'm a bit of a noob at using RedMC and when I tried to copy the teams/arenas from the URB 2014 roster to the 2013 opening day roster I'm using, I got different uniforms and a bunch of players named ***********/********** . In short, what's the easiest way to replace arenas/jerseys (and logos once I change the bobcats to the hornets)? Thanks.

I managed to fix it, I was copying over some of the boxes that pertain to the rosters when I only wanted the new jerseys and arenas.
