I have DL'ed the ESPN scoreboard. For a lot of teams I get enlarged logos and the quarter number is also large.

I am also trying to DL some of Jumpman's scoreboards and I keep getting directed to a different site - clickfly.com and can not get anywhere. Is it the wrong link.

Well you need to insert all logos that goes with that scoreboard. For example you have compatible Grizzlies logo, but you don't have Cavs logo. Usually all logos goes with scoreboard when downloading. Also, and I am 100% sure, you should see english.iff file in rar file you downloaded so you should insert it too, in your NBA 2K14 directory, after that quarter text should be fine.

Thanks. I had done what you said above and it is the same issue. Not sure if the issue the mod I am using (using URB).

Change the name of logos files bro, you can check every logo number with RED MC, this depends on what roster you are using

Yes, I can confirm what xRYZW3L said. You didn't write first time that you are using URB mod. So basically, just change logo___.iff file names, as in ros file.

Yes - I have done that before with different files. I just thought the DL would overwrite the files required. I guess not.
