Association Crash At Start

So I try to start a new Association with my latest edited and fixed up rosters. The roster was downloaded from a roster update and Ive made plenty of tweaks on players Cyberfaces and such. But once I start an Association, I can edit the settings of season, like Trade Deadline, Injuries, Playoff Format. Then I can select a team in the next screen. But once the options to have assists from CPU on depth rotation and free agents and such I cant pass that screen. Once I press start to officially start Association 2K crashes and sends me to my desktop. Does this have to do with the Rosters I am trying to play with? Or perhaps the global.iff I am using? Someone please help.
