Music in cut scenes

Is there music in the pregame and mid-game cutscenes at all? I get a drop to a very jarring dead silence with the commentator voice. I'm wondering if it's the mod I'm using or if the game was like that, or if I have a setting set wrong.

From memory there should be music by default. The broadcast audio settings should ensure it's enabled, but it's certainly possible that a mod has removed it.

Hm.. ok. It's when there are cuts to next week's game in season play, or in the narration that leads in to the game "Coming up, the Knicks and the Cavs... " etc.
