Crowd and Ring was not visible

Is there anyway to configure the crowd and ring texture because the ring and the crowd was not visible in hawks spurs and cavaliers arena. Im using ultimate base roster v39. thank you in advance.

Stadium missing... example cavs stadium is s004.iff download it and place to you main directory
