They could even use the ps4 controller touch screen to create your own plays

I actually laughed out loud with this one. I had pretty much the same reactions as you while I was reading.
The game sounds organic it self. It sounds as if it will auto improve to please us all
This whole updates sound like 3 games into 1 tbh..
Man..when will we see/read more?? :bowdown2:

Dang, this would be reason enough to get 2k15 though, hope they implement it.

All these new features and modes sound terrific.

Are the problems from past Association / Season modes present? Do league scoring leaders usually have fewer than 30 PPG? Are the league leaders / stats for rebounds, assists etc. in line with real NBA, or too low as in current gen? Do teams make smarter/better trades?

The info is terrific. But every year the people who keep buying the game have questions about fixing the issues from past versions. Every year the pre-release info skips that to focus on new features.

Are trades realistic? Answer: Now you can talk to the press.

Do league leaders in APG have too low number of assists? Answer: Players now have emotions that match animals. Lebron is a rhino and Durant is an elephant.

Will teams accumulate superstar starters at the same position, only to sit one on the bench? Answer: Kevin Durant is a rabbit.

You knew this was coming Jao. Do superstars play like superstars. Hey, there was a hint that this might happen in Kobe wants to score. But do they? In ten games Heat vs Lakers, how many times will Kobe put up 30 or more pts? How many times will LeBron put up 30, 10 rebounds, 6 assists?

I like to hear about new features. But I also want to know about addressing past issues - improving what's already in the game.

do yourself a favour and IGNORE the idiot in the video talking, obvious he's a noob to basketball and basketball games

btw whats got me really worried is I really REALLY hope and we should all expect these next gen games to run at 1080p at a locked 60fps, []

ChrisCP3Paul, you mentioned IGN, but posted the Gamespot video which has a thread here - viewtopic.php?f=151&t=93353

on IGN they confirm 1080p 60fps for both consoles - http://www.ign.com/articles/2013/10/23/ ... ne-and-ps4

lol they still didn't fix the old mavericks court which makes me think they probably didn't fix any of the other courts either.

It's an old build of the game! It's not like someone pointed it out so they can fix it and say it's an old build as an excuse.

Was excited for this until it got to the bit about them ruining Association. I don't give a shit how much hot dogs cost, and I sure don't want to spend a season (or more) on the mode and then get fired. Even Association gave me more control than I'm interested in having; hopefully they let the user control some of that as they do now with scouting, etc. The historical games in 2k11 and 2k12 were bad enough, and that was only a couple of hours you had to re-play if you failed. I'm with Andrew on the changes to My Player, as well.

On the other hand, it makes it much easier to stick to my original plan of holding off on getting a PS4.

The possibility of losing the job shifts the challenge from "win championships" to "keep your job".

This.

The thing I most liked about sim sports games like Football/Championship Manager is the strategy part - acquiring players, setting lineups, tactics, formation, player development, which also happens to be the part that I like in playing Association mode with the option of playing the games instead of simulating as a great bonus. Come to think of it the strategy part is also similar to coach mode, which they took out of 2K14.
