Dots? on custom CF

Hi.
I'm using custom CF for my player, but with tis CF from long distance I saw "dots", from short - I'm not. How can I fix that?

I got that black marks as well. I have them in some regular NBA players, but they all got cyberfaces made by NLSC patchers...

its an issue with the type of dds file imported

Thank you, Jao. I know about this and have already tried
But this method viewtopic.php?p=1601784#p1601784 may be the solution to my problem. I'll try it evening
